We are looking for an independent, highly skilled researcher to join our team and drive materials science innovation at NIST by developing advanced data infrastructure, including the Materials Analysis Research Laboratory Information Network (MARLIN), and to enable Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable (FAIR)-compliant electron microscopy research. Responsibilities include building automated data pipelines, optimizing metadata extraction, and advancing hybrid metrology techniques to decrease measurement uncertainty in semiconductor research. As a Research Data Engineer, you will: Execute advanced materials data science to support experimental workflows within the NIST electron microscopy community.
