Guides the evolution of the technical workforce to ensure readiness for next generation warfare requirements.","You will perform a full range of first level supervisory responsibilities in, but not limited to Position Management, Personnel Management, and Professional Development for a subordinate staff.","You will evaluate the performance of subordinates and review evaluations made by subordinate supervisors on other employees.","You will provide advice, counsel and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters and makes decisions on special problems.","You will be responsible for carrying out Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Equal Opportunity (EO) policies and communicating support of these policies to subordinates.","You will perform other duties as assigned."]
